RESERVATIONS
We recommend you reserve your treatment 24 hours in advance. For reservations, please contact us on 081 325 5662 or 064 406678 or info@thedome-serenityspa.com
ARRIVAL
Treatment sessions begin and end at the indicated times. Please arrive 15 minutes ahead of your appointment to relax in our cosy reception area before your treatment starts. Late arrival will result in your treatment time being reduced accordingly, but still charged at full price.
RE-SCHEDULING
Treatment times have been reserved for you, therefore kindly let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you would like to reschedule or cancel. Please note you will be charged for any sessions not cancelled 24 hours in advance.
VALUABLES
We recommend that you do not wear any jewellery or other valuables. THE DOME serenity Spa cannot be held responsible for any loss or theft.
SPA ETIQUETTE
The spa is designed for your relaxation; therefore it would be appreciated if you could please refrain from using mobile phones and keep the noise level to a minimum.
AGE REQUIREMENT
We welcome all ages to the spa, but ask that children under 16 years of age are accompanied by an adult.
HEALTH CONDITIONS
Please make sure to inform us about any health conditions, injuries or allergies that could affect your treatment or the use of our spa facilities when completing the client card.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers are available. To enquire, please email info@thedome-serenityspa.com or ask at our reception.
SPECIAL SPA OCCASION
Indulge in a selection of pampering treatments for any special occasions, i.e. your bridal party, quality time with a friend, birthdays, anniversaries or corporate group celebrations. Packages are charged per person and are designed to suit your needs. Please email info@thedome-serenityspa.com to receive all info.

Secure complementary parking is available in front of the Dome Building.
